"Felt Misled at First, But It Worked Out"
I was a little unsure going in and felt kind of misled by some of the mixed impressions I had beforehand. But once I placed the order on remedyliquor.com, everything seemed legit. Payment went through fine, I got updates, and delivery didn’t have any weird issues. In the end, it was straightforward, and I’d probably use them again.

"Found What I Was Looking For"
I was a little surprised they had the bottle I haven’t been able to track down at my local stores. The site was easy to use, and reading between the lines, their inventory seems to be kept fairly current since what showed as available was actually there. I ended up spotting a couple other things I wanted too, which was a nice bonus. No complaints here — I’d definitely check them again next time

"Really good selection"
I was surprised by how many bottles they had on the site. I found a few whiskeys I almost never see in my local stores, and they also had plenty of the cheaper everyday stuff too. The site was easy enough to browse, easy enough to find what I was looking for, and overall I’m happy with the selection.

I was frustrated with how long the delivery took. I kept waiting for it to show up, and it definitely arrived later than I expected. That said, everything was fine once it finally got here. Not a terrible experience, but nothing special either.

"Good experience, shipping felt a little high"
I ordered from remedyliquor.com everything went smoothly. The bottles showed up on time and were packed really well, so I got the impression they actually care about making sure orders arrive safely. My only hesitation is that the shipping cost felt a little steep for what I bought. It wasn’t enough to stop me from ordering, but I definitely noticed it at checkout. I’d still use them again if I found a bottle I really wanted

"Had a missing bottle, but it got sorted eventually"
My order showed up with one bottle missing, my gut told me right away it was going to be a bit of a hassle. Support did end up fixing it after a few emails, so I appreciate that, but it took longer than I expected and got annoying along the way.

I ordered from remedyliquor.com, the prices did not feel that impressive. A few bottles cost more than I expected, and once shipping was added, it felt even harder to justify. The website worked fine and my order went through without any major issues, so it was not a bad experience overall. I just feel like I paid extra without really getting anything extra. Next time, I would probably compare with a few other stores first

I sent this as a gift and it showed up exactly when it was supposed to, which was a huge relief. if it had arrived late I probably would’ve thought twice about ordering from here again, but everything went smoothly this time.

"Better packed than I expected"
I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but the packaging was actually really solid. The box showed up in good condition and the bottle was wrapped well with enough padding so it didn’t slide around. No leaks, no broken seal, nothing cracked. I’ve had orders from other places arrive way messier, so this was a nice surprise. Clean packaging too, without feeling excessive.

"Good overall, shipping updates were slooow"
My order went through just fine, but the tracking updates were sooo slow. For a couple days I had no idea where my package was, which was a little frustrating. It did show up in the end and everything was okay, but I really wish the shipping info had been clearer.

"Promo was okay, just not as clear as I expected"
I tried remedyliquor.com because I saw a promo code and figured I’d give it a shot. It worked fine, but maybe I didn’t read everything closely enough because the discount ended up being smaller than I expected once fees and everything were added. Some of the bottle prices seemed decent, though not all of them. The site itself was easy enough to use, I just wish the deals were a little clearer upfront.

I ordered from a nearby place the whole delivery process was so easy. It showed up faster than I expected too, which was a nice surprise. And after a long day at work, who really wants to run back out again? Happy with how smooth it all went.

I ordered from Remedy Liquor and ended up having to reach out about my shipment. To be fair, the support person was polite and did eventually help me get it sorted, but I do blame their follow-up process a bit because the gaps between replies felt longer than they should’ve been. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just kind of slow when I was trying to figure out where my order was. I’d probably order again, but they really need to be quicker with responses.
